Terms and Conditions

1. Guests should ensure they are ready five minutes before our agreed recording time to receive the link.

2. If a guest would like Dan to use a specific image in promotional materials, they must send it to Dan within 24 hours of this agreeing to appear on the podcast. If this is not done, Dan will source an image and will be unable to change this.

3. Any rescheduling of the recording date will reset the guest within the queue and could result in a rescheduled date multiple months into the future.

4.1. If Dan feels anything said during the recording could cause offence to listeners or harm his reputation, he retains the right to remove this segment from the episode.
4.2. Dan has the right to withdraw an episode or abandon a recording if he sees fit.
 

5.1. Dan is happy to send podcast guests the full recorded episode video file. This file should not be privately shared to anyone other than the recipient/podcast guest and should only be used for public social media posting. 
5.2. No More than 90 seconds of podcast footage or audio shall be uploaded by the guests to their public social media. The full episode length must not be uploaded to social media. The guest can upload up to five 90 second clips of the podcast to public social media.
5.3. The previously mentioned 90 second clips shall only be uploaded after the initial podcast episode has been released.

5.4 Any podcast footage or audio uploaded by the recipient of the file must credit Music Fishbowl and state where to find the full episode. All footage uploaded will be designed to direct traffic to the initial podcast release on streaming platforms/YouTube.

6.1. Dan has ownership of all media he creates surrounding the podcast recording, including promotional material on social media and the actual podcast recordings. If podcast guests are in receipt of these from Dan, they have been gifted to the guest and Music Fishbowl must be credited if the material is been shared further.

6.2. If a podcast guest receives any of Dan's material from someone other than him, this is not to be shared and Dan should be notified.

 

7. Dan reserves the right to waver any T&Cs if he chooses.
